Welcome to the very first HCP Senior Ambassador Team! If you’re a rising senior who loves photos, adventure, creativity, and being part of something special… this is for you. And if you’re a parent looking for a year-long experience that celebrates your senior’s journey in a meaningful, professional, and unforgettable way — you’re in the right place.
WHAT THE AMBASSADOR PROGRAM IS
This is a year-long creative experience for 15 seniors across the Greater New Orleans area (maximum of 3 seniors per school). Ambassadors represent Heidi Cay Photography + Studio Cay throughout their senior year, receive exclusive sessions, get priority booking, learn professionalism in front of the camera, and walk away with a full printed keepsake album and graduation resources.

The Year of a Lifetime Awaits
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
• Must be in good academic and behavioral standing
• Must maintain positive, appropriate social media habits
• Must post and tag the photographer at least 4 times during the school year
• Must share at least 3 stories tagging Heidi Cay Photography.
• Must attend all mandatory photoshoots
• Must represent Heidi Cay Photography + Studio Cay with kindness, inclusivity, and professionalism.
PROGRAM INVESTMENT
$1850 total
• $200 deposit required upon acceptance goes towards total.
• Remaining balance can be broken into 1–10 payments
• Deposit + payment plan details emailed upon acceptance
